Will it work when I'm not on hookup?

Our standard 240V units (Dometic, Truma, Waeco, Mestic) only work on mains hookup. However, if you have a large lithium battery system (200Ah+ with a 2000W+ inverter), we can fit 12V/24V DC units that run entirely off-grid.

What does the installation involve?

We replace your existing 400×400mm standard skylight with the AC unit — no extra holes needed. We run the wiring neatly and fit the internal control panel. Most installs take a single day.

Do you fit AC to caravans?

Yes — we install rooftop AC units on caravans as well as campervans and motorhomes. As long as you have a standard 400×400mm rooflight, we can replace it with a Dometic, Truma, Waeco or Mestic unit.

What size unit do I need?

Smaller campervans and caravans typically suit 1700–2200 BTU; larger motorhomes and LWB vans benefit from 3000 BTU+. We'll advise on the right unit when you enquire.

Can you fit AC at a caravan park near Bournemouth?
